Our Story
It all began in March 2014, at a Hawaiian themed nightclub in Reading (Lola Los). Elliott was in town recording an album with his band and channeling his inner rockstar. Izzy was a history student at Reading University, mastering the art of ancient civilisations and mid-week hangovers. There were fruity cocktails, questionable dancing, and a spark. But life had other plans.
We lost touch until our 'invisible string' brought us back to London, unknowingly working within minutes of each other. On St. Patrick’s Day in March 2022, we reconnected over copious amounts of Guinness and Cafe Patrón. And we never looked back!

In March 2025, Elliott popped the question surrounded by ancient ruins and stunning mountainous views in Pamukkale, and following up his romantic proposal with the worst Espresso Martini ever made.

"I've had the Izzy model for over a decade, the Elliott being a more recent acquisition. I have to say they perfectly compliment each other - in fact, I'd go as far as to say that if you wish to get an Izzy, you should invest in an Elliott as well. It increases the happy levels in both and is said to extend their lifetime. So far Izzy and Elliott have brought the following to my life: endless laughter, eternal peace, uncontainable excitement, and passionate conversations. 5/5 would recommend."
- Claudia (Izzy's bestfriend)

FAQ
Q: Is there a dress code?
Garden Party Formal

Wondering what that means? We created a moodboard to help! However, this is not strict - we just want everyone to feel happy and comfortable in whatever they're wearing.

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We have a photographer and content creator capturing our ceremony, so please silence your phones and enjoy the moment with us. Photos are welcome (and actively encouraged) at the reception.

Q: Can we bring children?
We have decided to celebrate with just very close family children under the age of 18 (their names will be on the invite), we hope you understand. We are working with a limited guest list and would also prefer a more adult celebration.

Babes in arms are warmly welcome. However, for the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that parents with babies sit toward the back of the church, just in case a quick exit is needed.

Q: Can I bring a plus one?
We’re keeping things cozy and intimate, so plus ones are only included if your invitation says so. We’ve done our best to make sure everyone knows someone, and we really appreciate your understanding. If you think there has been a genuine mistake, please let us know.

Q: Are there toilets?
There are no toilets at the church, so it is essential to go beforehand. The nearest community toilets are at The Woodman Pub in Farnborough High Street and you do not need to buy anything in the pub to use them. There are plenty of toilets at the reception venue (The Warren).

Q: Is there parking?
Parking at the church is very limited. There is a small car park on-site, but we ask that you avoid using it, as we need to reserve at least two spaces for the bridal party.

However, there is free street parking in the nearby Farnborough village, just a short walk away. There is also free street parking alongside Farnborough Hill road.

There is plentiful free parking is available at the reception venue - and you can leave your cars overnight.

Q: Is there a cloakroom?
Not at the church, but there is a cloakroom at the reception venue where guests can leave coats, bags, and other personal items.

Q: Is there wheelchair/pushchair access?
Yes - both the church and the reception venue are very accessible!
There are no steps at the church and they have their own wheelchair for use upon request. Areas at the front and back of the church have been designed for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
The reception venue is all on the ground-floor with no steps, and the Warren team are on-hand to assist with any specific requirements.

Q: Are there hotel rooms?
Not onsite, but we’ve reserved rooms at Donnington Manor Hotel at a special rate. Visit the Travel and Accommodation page for more information on booking and other nearby stays.

Q: Will the wedding be indoors or out?
Weather permitting, a bit of both. There is a private garden attached to our reception room where we plan to have reception drinks and photographs.

Q: How do I RSVP?
Via the big button earlier on our website. If there are any issues let us know!

Q: Will there be an open bar?
We are supplying reception drinks, champagne for the toasts, table wine, and an open bar up to a predetermined amount. However, we recommend still bringing your own money for when that runs out.
Q: Is there an afterparty?
For those who can still function, the party will continue at Donnington Manor Hotel (where the bride and groom are staying) as they have offered to keep the bar open for when we get back.

Q: Will the rabbits be your ring bearers?
Again, they will not be our ring bearers...

Wedding Registry
Your presence on our special day is truly the best gift for us.
However, if you would like to get us something, we’re lucky to already have a home full of everything we need.
So instead of traditional household gifts, we’d be thrilled to receive sentimental items (to remind us of celebrating our special day with you), or contributions to our honeymoon fund. Help us make unforgettable memories and horrendous tan lines.
We will have a wedding postbox at the reception venue.
